We work with three joint venture partners and we have a variety of properties with each
investment partner which include commercial to residential refurbishments, HMO (houses of
multiple occupancy), BTL (buy to lets), title splits and partial retail and commercial properties.
We use various financing strategies and have access to deals nationally.

Property Ltd
Lilly Lofts - we have 2 4 bed HMO's and our current project is Ropergate House which is an old masonic hall which will be converted into 6 luxury flats.
Arete Property Ltd
‘Arete’ is a Greek word that translates as ‘excellence’ and ‘living with virtue’.
Arete Property aims to balance maximising profits with ethical, personal and life-fulfilling business. This is a Partnership between ourselves and Huw Davies. Both are Mastermind 29 Top Performers, Huw creating over a million pound plus portfolio with no prior property experience and Martyn adding over 4 million pounds worth of projects to his portfolio using none of his own money. Both owe a big chunk of their success to this partnership.
Hunford Homes Ltd
Tom is another Mastermind 29 Top Performer. Tom and his team created an impressive and diverse portfolio of projects down in Bournemouth. Our favourite being their impressive barn conversion pictured below. Again a portion of both Tom and Martyn's Mastermind success can be credited to this partnership.
MKN Property Ltd
MKN is our oldest Joint Venture partnership. Neil is also a Mastermind graduate and I hope you're starting to get a picture of the type of people we work with. Neil is highly intelligent and experienced property investor and has an impressive portfolio down in Birmingham and we as a partnership have taken on a number of projects such as our recently complete 'Lilly Lofts' and in progress Ropergate House pictured below.

This is our lettings company. Once our projects are complete, In House steps in to take care of the ongoing management.
